It’s your choice whether to meet on demand or on a regular cadence, alone or with colleagues. You also choose the format: advice, coaching, or just a sounding board.

Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes, scheduled as needed (at least a day in advance; urgent ones may be booked on shorter notice, subject to availability). You commit to 6 or 9 months, for one or more sessions per month, with an option to renew.
