Who it’s for
Engineering managers, product managers, design leads, program managers, and team leads
Objective for the participants
Adapt your process and leadership practices for effective, sustainable AI-augmented product development
Description
You’re accountable for how well your team delivers with AI, but their process and your leadership practices were not built for that.
AI now does a real share of the work, and that has changed the conditions that processes were built around: where the time goes, what breaks and why, the value of collaboration, how people build skill and stay engaged. By now it’s the experts’ consensus that this calls for rethinking the way of working rather than bolting AI onto what was there. What’s rarely provided is the next part: what rethinking it actually consists of, where to start, and what it asks of leaders.
So most leaders proceed a patch at a time: a practice here, a policy there, some task acceleration. Team members improvise too. These local moves don’t add up to an effective and efficient way of working, and they produce friction that lands on the leaders.
This course provides a coherent picture of how to upgrade your team’s way of working, and your own leadership practices, so that both are safe, sustainable, and impactful.
You’ll learn:
This course doesn’t prescribe a framework or a set of best practices; the right ones depend on context. You’ll learn how to determine the practices that fit yours. And since everyone in the room shares that context, the discussions and examples land closer to home, and you’ll develop a shared language and mental model for the decisions you’ll be making after the course.
If you’re looking to get real, lasting value from your team’s use of AI, this course is for you.
Note: If you only have 1-4 people for this course, consider registering them for the public session (November 2026).

“The course was very relevant to the work I do every day. The content was realistic, practical and applicable. Everything was thoughtfully designed to set the participants up to succeed.”
– T. D., senior manager of four product development teams
This course prompted meaningful discussions around people, upstream visibility, downstream impacts, and the overall flow of work — areas that are often overlooked when organizations rush into AI adoption. It has directly influenced how we are thinking about AI strategy and execution moving forward.George Barborak — Managing PartnerBAM TechnologiesLeading AI-Enabled Product Teams was very relevant to the work I do every day. The course materials were highly relevant and have become valuable resources in my day-to-day program management work. My understanding of Agile practices has deepened, and I now feel more confident in implementing them effectively.Rachna Singh, Senior Technical Program ManagerAutodeskI've been through many such courses, but this one was something else. All this time, Gil didn't mention Scrum or Kanban, yet he's taught us how to be agile.S. Your delivery was very compelling.G. S. — DeveloperI thoroughly enjoyed Gil's online Agile training. It was engaging and educational, and I've taken many of the practices I learned and applied them in my daily job to maximise both my own and my team's productivity.Mat Fisher — Senior DeveloperBGISThe course was very interactive and included many real life examples. I initially thought it would be difficult to sit through this training online, but the exercises were a good way to engage everyone and allow the introverts to speak/share their thoughts and ideas.Christine Mohabir — Senior project manager (on the business side)A lot deeper than all the agile training I've had before. Gil has challenged the "by the agile book" mentality and made the training dynamic and interesting. A lot for me to take back and apply to myself and the team.Name withheldSometimes, reading good advice 147 times on blogs is not as effective as having one person ask you to actually do it. I paid for the course, not an employer; I consider that fee a sound investment.Duncan McRae — Software developerGil is an exceptional agile coach and amazing facilitator. His delivery of seminars was well thought out with great exercises that really captured the essence and complexity of real-life situations and yet were condensed and focused.Claudio Gambetti — Engineering directorGil delivered an excellent interactive workshop for all our team members. It was an absolute pleasure to learn more about the Agile culture and what that means for us. Seeing the difference between "Being Agile" and "Doing Agile" was incredibly useful.Sean McKaig — Senior manager, UI developmentCBCThe course content was excellent and tailored to our needs... Being primarily based on code samples and exercises it was a chance for in-context and practical learning that I have already seen being applied in our code.Simon Palmer — CTOEmpathicaGil brings an enormously helpful message that companies ignore at their peril if they want to deepen their investment in Agile. He’s experienced in many of the challenges to Agile teams, and resourceful in coaching teams through new challenges.Michael Goitein — Principal project managerMobiquityI found the information Gil provided invaluable and very well presented. The insights gained in that seminar will change my approach to software development forever.Alon Sabi — CTOFunctionpoint SoftwareGil helped my team learn and implement Agile engineering. They came away energized and enthusiastic about applying their learning.Eli Juni — Director of Software EngineeringThoughtwireI strongly recommend Gil to any group looking to transition from trying to "act" Agile to actually embracing and becoming Agile in mindset. We are so glad we flew in people from all over the world to attend the training — definitely worth it 10x over.Albert Tsai — SVP, ProductCatapult SportsIt's clear that Gil has mastered the art of coaching/teaching with online tools, and his years of experience working with Agile methods show through.
