Getting back to work today after an amazing two day offsite workshop feeling very energized and invigorated! Gil Broza gave us some excellent ideas to amplify what we’re doing now to continue our Agile journey. I have renewed confidence that my efforts to give people autonomy and safety will yield amazing things!
